### Centralised and standardised registration

Elvy Contract Registration ensures that all contracts are recorded centrally and in a standardised manner. All contracts are documented in accordance with the organisation’s guidelines and, where required, approved by the contract managers prior to final registration.

### Timely notifications

Elvy automatically ensures that the person responsible is notified in good time via smart notifications. Whether a contract is at risk of being renewed unintentionally or you want to carry out a regular supplier assessment, Elvy ensures that you never miss a deadline.

### Central archive with authorisation management

All contracts are archived centrally in Elvy. Each contract manager is automatically granted access to their own contracts, and thanks to smart authorisation management, you can ensure that only the right staff members have access to the relevant contracts. When the contract is recorded, the contract’s recurring financial obligation can also be recorded. This ensures that the financial accounts always have an up-to-date overview of outstanding obligations and future expenditure. This results in reliable forecasts and better financial management.

### Automatic matching and invoice approval

Checks are carried out using smart rules based on margins set in Elvy. If the discrepancies fall within the margins, the purchase invoice is automatically approved. If they fall outside the margins, the invoice is submitted to the appropriate approvers. Elvy keeps track of all steps, ensuring that it is always clear when and by whom each action was carried out in the approval process.

### Real-time reports

With Elvy’s comprehensive reporting features, you can provide real-time insights for all staff. What’s more, our smart APIs allow you to use all the data from Elvy in your own reporting tools, such as PowerBI.
