In this role, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for our clients and partners. You’ll ensure that day-to-day operations in the back office run smoothly. - **Customer contact**: You’ll answer enquiries from (potential) customers and partners by phone and email. - **Advice**: You’ll have realistic and enthusiastic conversations in which you identify needs and advise the person you’re speaking to. - **Lead follow-up**: You’ll ensure leads are followed up promptly and that either you or a colleague takes the appropriate next steps. - **Sales**: You’ll actively contribute to building the sales pipeline by targeting potential customers. - **Administration**: You draw up accurate quotations and ensure that the administration relating to your client contacts and work is correct. - **Teamwork**: You support the account managers and other colleagues in their day-to-day work. As the linchpin of the team, you are a key point of contact for them. - **You are Elvy**: You contribute ideas on how to keep our work organised in a pleasant and efficient way. Like everyone else, you ensure that everything stays tidy and that everyone feels welcome. ### This is you: We’re looking for a colleague who’s hands-on and values a pleasant working environment: - **Knowledge & experience**: You’ve completed a relevant MBO4 or HBO qualification and have a healthy commercial drive. We consider your eagerness to learn and curiosity about our industry to be more important than your current specialist knowledge. - **Communication**: You’re sociable, speak the customer’s language and enjoy being part of a close-knit team. - **Place of residence**: You live in the region and have deliberately chosen a job nearby: a short cycle or a quick drive, so you have more free time. - **Personality**: You look forward to coming into the office, are proactive and keen to get to the heart of the matter, take responsibility seriously and enjoy working with software. ### What do we offer? - An attractive salary commensurate with your commitment and knowledge (indicative range: €2,600–3,400 gross per month based on full-time employment). - A working week of 32–40 hours - 25 days’ annual leave, holiday pay, a pension scheme and an annual bonus. - A company mobile phone (including subscription) and laptop. - A relaxed, well-equipped workplace with great colleagues close to home! - A job that’s easy to balance with your social life and hobbies. - Nice extras such as team outings, fruit provided by the company, a game of darts, table tennis or Mario Kart during breaks, and a mobile phone with a company contract. - A place where you can simply get on with your work in a great team without any fuss. ### Fancy a chat?
